In working through the space planning & design with Lisa, we've begun talking about some of the interior finishes & materials for the various rooms. When the topic of kitchen counters came up our immediate first thought was quartz - for obvious reasons.

It's June!! And with the arrival (finally) of warmer temperatures we've been itching to enjoy the outdoors. So yesterday after taking some time with Lisa to do an interior design walk through of the house, we decided to venture out for a walk around the neighbourhood.

Happy Mother's Day to all the wonderful Moms out there! Especially mine who didn't hesitate to take us all in while we embarked on this journey to build our Dreamhouse. This puppy’s got a roof!
The roofer was on site yesterday so we stopped by the Dreamhouse this morning to snap a quick pic of the progress - not bad for a day's work eh?
